Bruce was found with 10 other siblings – he was with his severely malnourished mother who was doing her best to keep them alive.
Bruce was found to have bad hip dysplacia, we took the desicion to have his hips operated on as he was in a lot of pain, the operations were successful and now Bruce is expected to live a long and active and painfree life. he has been through so much in his short life.
He is fully innoculated, chipped passsport and neutered. he gets on well with other dogs cats and people.
Foster homes were desperately needed in order to ensure their survival so we were asked to take in and foster 4 dehydrated and malnourished puppies needing constant 24hr care – poor Bruce and his siblings were covered in fleas, filled with worms and still needed bottle feeding . Luckily after a few days of touch and go and some basic treatments to get their parasite burden under control Bruce bounced back and has been given a clean bill of health by our friendly vet.
Bruce is a friendly character who is likely to be a medium sized dog, possibly of pointer/podenco origin – but little is known of his parenthood.
Bruce will be innoculated, chipped and passported and can travel out of spain in late July/August 2016.
